Once booked in, can I change my appointment or get a refund of my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable. You can however change your appointment with 48 hours working days notice. For example, if you need to move/change your appointment for a Tuesday we would need to know by the Friday before your Tuesday appointment. (We are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am-6pm), otherwise you’ve lost your deposit and will have to rebook. Please CALL the shop on 0208 932 0213 to cancel or change an appointment. --For full day appointments/bookings that need to be rescheduled or cancelled please read the following question.

Full Day Cancellation Policy?

Full day cancellations require 7 days working notice or you do lose your deposit. Please CALL the shop on 0208 932 0213 to cancel or change an appointment.

How long are deposits held for? 

Once you are booked in, you can cancel/change an appointment with 48 hours working days notice. Full Day bookings require a 7 day working days notice. If you do not know a date/time you can move your appointment on the day of re-scheduling we hold your deposit for 3 months. If you appointment is not re-booked within that time frame you do lose your deposit and will have to re-book a new appointment with a new deposit.
